Headwaters of the Juniata

Pattern Category: Places

Object Type: Dinner and Dessert Wares

Dimensions:

  • Length: 19 inches
  • Width: 14.75 inches

Considered Rare

Description:

This very scarce medium blue platter,  does not appear to be listed in any of the known references, but is given this title due to its almost identical view as shown on the Adams listing of the same name, but in a red or pink color. There are just a few differences; including a man IN the stream, rather than on the bridge.  Arman seems to attribute it to a Stevenson, but as yet, no marked piece has been found.
