Description:

In this example, the pattern is printed on an indented platter.  The view Hoboken in New Jersey depicts a house at Castle Point, New Jersey, built in the mid 1700's.  It was seized from the Loyalist owner during the Revolutionary War and was bought at auction by Colonel John Stevens in 1784 and is thus known as the Stevens House.The pattern is also known on a number of other forms common to dinner and dessert wares as well as some tea wares.
